Mobile Help with easy and healthy family meal ideas

Evening Dibbers

Trying so hard to find a weekly meal schedule I can stick to which is easy and healthy.

I'm not very domesticated in the kitchen but am up for trying anything.

I work full time and normally pick things up that day to cook for tea that evening.

Does anyone have any easy meal ideas that they would be willing to share please.

Thank you so much.

Take a look at Taming Twins blog which has loads of slow cookers and pressure cooker recipes which are tasty and healthy and easy to cook.

Depends what you like to eat, meat and two veg, curry, salads, or are you like me can eat anything. One really easy one is one pot pilau on good food site, really easy and tasty.
