Yes, this happens to us a lot, essentially the drivers are given unattainable targets, so they will put it into the system to say they have delivered the parcels (meaning you get the auto email that says its delivered). We often find a parcel turns up a couple of hours later, or in some cases the next day.

Its poor, but not the drivers fault. They are essentially having to work much longer hours for the same money just to get the parcel delivered.

Yodel are as bad. You can only go back to the original supplier and tell them. I did hope enough complaints would stop suppliers using these people but they don't take any notice

Waiting in for my Hermes delivery today... had 3 over the weekend all came 1-2 hours after the time they said, today said between 3 and 7pm, home, dog on alert, all quiet, delivery advice to leave in porch... delivery apparently attempted at 4:03pm and will try again tomorrow... to say I am frustrated is an understatement...

DD had a parcel delivered to her safe place , she doesn't have one . Turned up in her rubbish bin, clothes smell horrid. I appreciate the couriers are busy but a rubbish bin is no place to leave a parcel.

Hermes said they'd delivered our parcel on a Tuesday (posted through letter box)and they actually delivered it the thursday

I’ve had 15 deliveries in the last two weeks many from Amazon. I must be lucky they have all been fine. Several left by the gate and easy to steal but they haven’t been stolen so all is good.

I have had a superdry parcel go missing, luckily Superdry have resent it. The courier couldn’t remember when I asked, I hope this time I get it!

I hate Hermes we had toilet paper or kitchen roll delivered and they just throw it over the fence and it rained heavy. Some were wet and some were damaged. Moaned to Groupon and got a refund after sending pictures.
