Hermes are the worst. I work close to where I live and they always deliver to work without trying at home and log it that I've signed it at home. They also claim they've knocked when they haven't and have let stuff get soaking wet by just chucking it over the fence in the rain.

Yodel just constantly say I’m not in and tick missed delivery so that I have to go and collect it from the depot.
I work from home and have a dog, also our front door is in our living room (small terrace)

Last year I ordered an Iphone XS and delivered whilst not in. (Didn’t think they would leave the package) This was Yodel
They threw the package over a 7ft gate and it landed on my slabbed patio in the back garden! I returned the item as I didn’t fancy its chances and didn’t want to be blamed for breaking it 😳 |

They’re a joke. I’ve had so many that say “signed by XYZ” and then nothing through the door and no indication of who the person is that’s signed for them! Thankfully they brought them round but it’s ridiculous!

We must be really lucky - our Hermes delivery lady is an absolute delight. She’s been delivering round here for ages, she knows everyone’s preferences for leaving parcels, conscientious and always has a smile. Never had an issue. Our daughter lives about half a mile away and if she’s not in brings her parcels to us!
