Person’s ticket not on MDE?

I wonder if anyone can shed light on this. 2 adults one child with a trip booked with wdw for resort, free dining and 14 day tickets. My MDE account shows tickets for me and the child But not the other adult. All three of us appear on the booking confirmation and all ADRs booked. I rang wdw and was told it is because the other adult has their own Disney account. I am just a bit worried that on the fastpass booking day I might not be able to book for her.

Hi Lola!

This sounds familiar! Fret not tho. Just link them .

From your account you can request to manage the other adult and once the other adult confirms you can do fast passes for them and all other things all while they have their own account. Make sure you do all this 60 days before!

Thanks, that's great but I can't see how to request this. Does she need to share her plans with me? I have already shared my plans with her. Sorry this is confusing

Thanks but she is already on as a guest. It is just her ticket that is missing and I cannot manage her plans. I think it's because she has set up her own Disney Account

Best thing might be to give them a ring then.

Even linked as a guest you should be able to see them and add them to experiences. If not ring them sure they will sort it.

We had murder sorting ours last year, we had to go to guest services at least 7 times during our 2 week trip. We did have 7 people.

I have been on the phone to them for over an hour on each of the past two days. By the time I get to talk to someone in the right dept. they don’t seem to be able to answer a single question but want to go over every item etc such as meal bookings which I already know about. I have succeeded in getting the missing ticket onto The MDE site so that is an improvement. However I still cannot manage her plans. I am not sure whether I can book fastpasses for her or the child booking
