Far too much food Deluxe Dining Food Report

Well we did it. We finally went to florida 3 years thinking about it... 2 years planning it! Most amazing trip and hopefully full trip report to come.

We had the deluxe dining plan. Far too much and I think we still at 15 credits at the end... Oops. Next time just standard plan will be fine!

I'm not a very adventurous eater and Steve likes his steaks. All pictures taken on iPhone and some without flash.

British Airways Flight to JFK

We got given a menu as soon as we sat down:



And then a drink... well on holiday after all, I don't remember the pretzels but they must have been there



Steve chose the beef (this is a reoccurring theme)



I chose the chicken... This also came with wine



I actually really enjoyed the chicken and Steve ate the beef lol

Beaches And Cream Dinner

Angus Beef Burger
served with Cheddar, Lettuce, and Tomato on a Fresh-baked Bun with choice of fresh Fruit for French Fries

Brownie À La Mode
A gooey, chewy Brownie, Hot Fudge, and Vanilla Ice Cream topped with Whipped Cream, Chocolate Sprinkles, and a Cherry



Couldn't finish it all... extremely sickly after the burger

Strawberry Shortcake
Vanilla Shortcake, Strawberry Compote, Vanilla Ice Cream, and fresh Whipped Cream



Steve said the shortcake was pretty much sponge, he was expecting shortbread like we have here.

I have made no notes on how much anything was. We used 2 credits and as with every meal we tipped 20%

Oh no We had the dxdp in 2011 and came back with about the same number of credits We knew we wouldn't eat them all though, upgraded as it was our 10th wedding anniversary and we wanted to eat at signature restaurants (ate at all but 2 on that trip I think lol!)

Character interaction was good here and server covered our table in sequins for Steve's birthday
This was also my first taste of a mickey waffle... I didn't like it luckily these got redeemed later in holiday... Possibly just a dry/stale one I got here

We did the same. Ended up eating in California grill twice. By far my favourite meal think we had about 12 snack credits left as well... And that's after buying packets of sweets to bring home to give out at work!
