BA changed aicraft from A350 to 777

Makes sense for the route I guess. Don't know how accurate the BA source is these days, but only 5 of the LHR fleet have the 203 seat 3-3-3 World Traveller layout now, no First on those frames. Anything lower than that wouldn't be suitable for MCO anyway would it?

ON a related matter, have BA announced anywhere these fleet changes for the summer, or is it just something that you'd stumble on when looking at your booking?
I have chosen to fly via Chicago to Vegas in November so I could fly on an A350... if they switch that to the 777 I might as well have taken the direct flight!

We are flying 30th August and they have changed my seat selection twice already. Only seems to be because of change of plane the 1st time so no idea why they did it the second. Same configuration and the seat plan is wide open. Really annoying me as they cost a lot of money as we are in PE and when I try and change back they want to charge me more. Sick of ringing already! I know I should be happy to sit anywhere if we actually get on the plane but ... 🙄

Airlines change planes all the time, it may change again, it’s no biggie just focus on the fact that you will hopefully get there in summer

My April flight is now a 777 too from Heathrow (3-3-3 in economy)
Not expecting I'll actually be able to travel but disappointing anyway.

Checked ours for end of Oct (from LHR) and both ways have changed back to 777 . Most things are still up in the air (a-ha!) and things could change again, fingers crossed! xx

No email for me but checked after reading this thread and my July 23rd LHR to MCO has changed to 777.
Originally booked from MAN with AA via PHL which was cancelled.
Like others, will just be happy to travel 🤞🏻

We aren't flying until Oct, after reading this thread I thought, I'm away to have a look. Are flight has been changed back to 777, would have been nice to travel on the A350 as it would have been the icing the cake after the year we (all of us) have had. However if my butt is on a seat weather it's the 777 or A350 I will be happy, with still being 8 months til we fly I'm sure it will change again and fingers crossed for the A350 :0)
