What’s the chance of winning the bid to U/C

I have never done this but I don't have that option in my booking for some reason 🤷🏼

Upgrades (including bids) is a black art however at a VS Uniq "do" a few years ago a speaker was saying upgrades are often offered to those revenue thinks may enjoy it to an extent they will make their future bookings in that class (PE or Upper) so I expect an algorithm looks at your flying/spending pattern and if your bids falls into what they see as "lost leader" you are successful.

Yes that was what I meant. If you had the option to upgrade before you place a bid you can see what Virgin are looking for
Thus if they are asking £2K then a bid probably won't succeed. But if it's 550 then a bid for £485 probably will.

I play a waiting game and have even had E Mails before offering me an upgrade for under £40 from PE to UC. One suspects those days are long gone.
