Mobile Where to put lateral flow

For those travelling with kids and taking a lateral flow test for your child’s 3-5 day test. Where did you put it? Hand luggage or hold?

I’d put them in the hand luggage. I haven’t heard anyone being questioned by the homeland security immigration officers as to how they are intending to follow the attestation, but I heard recently tannoys have started at MCO saying vaccination status may be checked etc.

I was just about to ask the same - has anyone travelled with them in hand luggage and do you need to remove the vials with the liquid in and put in your liquids bag seperatly?

You are allowed 100ml amount of liquid in hand luggage. There's very little liquid in these tests.

You are allowed much more than 100ml of liquid in hand luggage, just that no one container can hold more than 100ml.

That said your point is completely true, there is next to no liquid in the LFT tests

I travelled in Oct with a pack of 7 tests in my hand luggage to Spain and didn't unpack the liquid and they went through no problem

We did this in the summer too plus some in the cases. Wanted with me in case luggage was lost. Didn't even consider it being a liquid
