Transfers from MCO

Hi Dibbers,

Fingers crossed we will be heading to Florida May 2022 and staying at Universal's Cabana Bay Beach Resort.

We are not hiring a car this time so I am looking at options on getting from MCO to the hotel. I have Uber as one option but I have found private transfers via Holidayextras.com which work out to be a similar price to the estimate from Uber.

I was just wondering if any other Dibbers has used Holidayextras for transfers and were they OK. I like the idea of having my transfers all pre booked so I have nothing to worry about after a long days travelling with kids. I've always used Holidayextras for airport parking just never transfers.

I’m sure I saw a sign at MCO directing people to Universal’s shuttle bus. I didn’t know they operated one, which was why it caught my eye.

There is a universal shuttle that goes from Mco to universal its $39 per adult and $29 for kids 3-9 , 2 and under fo free , a mears cab would be about $45 dollars and looking at uber it’s showing as $26 but prices fluctuate all the time depending on demand so mears or uber be your best bet

We are booked for May and doing at week at cabana bay and then move to the hard rock so we are collecting the car there and saving a bit on parking.
There are 5 of us so have the similar need for transfer. I’ve not used these but price seems decent for a private minibus and would be good to have something arranged, not sure we would fit in one Uber with luggage etc, even an xl.
