At T3 Heathrow now enjoying breakfast/brunch in the clubhouse - longest time from checking was Security as a family of Seven all had to have their Carry ons needing checked due to leaving liquids in them ….

I was verified with VeriFLY and they checked nothing at the airport. Didn’t even have to show the green ticks (as it shows in their system if you’ve done VeriFLY). Highly recommend it.

You can download the app whenever you like, but flights aren't loaded in more than 2-3 weeks in advance and you can't get past step 2 without your negative test result. So there's not a huge benefit to downloading more than a few days before your flight.
