I’m getting really frustrated with not being able to get through to BA holidays. They’re not replying on social media anymore either.

If it helps I managed to get through at 7:25 pm - I got through to the hold music (finally!) and was on hold for about 15 mins before it was answered.
On weekdays I believe the package holiday line closes at 8 pm. (0344 493 0787) I tried a few times at 8 am in the morning but never even got through to the hold music. I also tried twitter which was useless. Hope this helps you. |

Finally managed to get through yesterday morning after a couple of hours wait. Spoke to a lovely chap and alternative flights have been arranged. Definitely worth trying at all different times of the day.

Still no luck! I called on the dot when they opened on Saturday.
It’s now 8:04am - I called exactly at 8am this morning and they’ve already shut the lines! No agents on web chat all weekend. Now been a week since my first Tweet and still no response on Twitter Sort of at a loss as to what to do to be honest! |

They will only be getting out of bed at 8.
Presume most are working from home.give them extra time to shower Take the dog or cat for a walk. Butter the toast. Then they need to catch up on Phil and Holly. I presume 1115 is a good time. Edited at 09:15 AM. |

I’ve literally been calling them all day for a week. When they first open. Mid morning. Lunch time. Mid afternoon. Even right before they close! I’ve never got through and the computer lady always tells me they’ve shut becuase they’re so busy.
Been tweeting all week no response. Tried web chat all day for a week. No agents available! Just don’t know what to do. Maybe they just don’t exist anymore and they’ve not told us |

Just come off webchat with BA, waited 30 minutes to get a response. Then got told it was being passed to the "holiday team," then nobody was available, call us.
We all know what happens then... I realise they are busy, but it is getting increasingly annoying not getting any response.

Absolutely feel your pain. I had the same experience last week and was really struggling to get through to the holidays team.
Best tactic for us was just constantly redialling, immediately after the previous try was unsuccessful. Both my husband and I did it, for a good couple of hours, until eventually he got through to different hold music. 10-15 mins of that and we were through to an agent, who was able to help. It's a right pain, and difficult if you're trying to juggle work at the same time, but persistence seemed to pay off. |
