I do have access to Virgin Gold line which is quicker but TBH I don't think it was working.

Got through in 10 minutes and another 10 to sort the booking as he had to request seats from revenue fares as rewards weren't automatically available for the dates I wanted.

That’s what’s putting me off

We had a bad time rebooking ours, as they did not acknowledge the form being submitted for months. The seats had sold out for the flight so our friends booked on the later flight. When we finally called to book the later flight, they confirmed that they received the paperwork to place us on the earlier flight but had not processed it months later, so we now have different flights to our friends. It is our anniversary trip though so it will be nice to get time to ourselves!

I was thinking the same! I have a voucher code that runs out today, which took an extra Ł125 off my booking? Not a massive amount I know but didn't really want to loose it! Not sure what to do! 🤔

I’m not sure if this will help people but you can contact virgin on Facebook messenger via their Facebook page. Not sure if they can rebook on there but they’ve been helpful to me

My daughter rebooked our flights on Saturday night after seeing how easy it was on here, just got an email now, apparently we are booked to fly tomorrow until 12th November. So not worked well for us, now frantically waiting on the phone to find out what has gone wrong and that we don't lose the flight as a no show tomorrow.
35 minutes wait so far!
