Hi

I am still trying in vain to cancel my LGW parking with APH. I had an email saying that I can now cancel online but when I go to edit my booking that comes up straight away, it then says I have no booking, despite clicking on the link to edit from their page.

Has anyone successfully had a refund from APH yet please? I appreciate they are extremely busy but I can't even access it online.

If i remember rightly. Sign in to your APH account, then click <help&contact>. Then <I need help with existing booking>, <view booking>. Put in reference number and other details. Then cancel product.

Hope that works for you.

PS Before I cancelled, I sent myself the confirmation email again as it had something about cancelling in the content.
