I have just googled Taft point - my goodness I am completely sure I couldn't make it to the handrail there
Thank you for your lovely words.

There's no way I could make it there either! Have a look at Half Dome cables that would be super scary for me too!

Well done you for managing even Sentinel Dome, I'm not sure I would have managed that one. The views are absolutely amazing though!
I'm so gutted we didn't manage to go to Mariposa Grove, those giant sequoias really have to be seen to be believed. One for the next time!
We thought the pool shut quite early too, especially for the summer season.
I can't believe you saw another bear, I'm so jealous
The views from Glacier Point are so beautiful aren't they Alicia. You did so well to drive up in the dark i know i wouldn't have been able to do that.
It's not actually too bad a walk especially if you start at the other car park, I think it's meant to be a lot flatter from there?
There's so much to do isn't there and it's impossible to fit it all in!
It never even occurred to me that it would be shut
Lol we couldn't believe it when the bear ran past, maybe you'll see one next time!
Thanks for reading along

What amazing views, we couldn't do Glacier point as it was winter and shut still but looking at your photos it's made me want to go back so desperately! We loved the West Coast so much, thanks for sharing your photos. Xx

Another amazing day... what a lot of walking! It all seems worth it though for those views. I hope you felt fine again after your panic attack, it must be scary being so high up. You still saw some incredible views though. The kids are doing really well with all of the walking as well. The giant sequoias are impressive too. What a shame the pool closed so early, it would have been a nice way to end the day.
