I wouldn’t say we are activity planning quite yet but given it’s unlikely Disney will return to normality until 2022 then we will be giving it a wide birth. It certainly looks like 2022 will be the earliest we will next visit.

2022 for us too (hopefully).
Attraction Tickets have confirmed our cancellation this morning, so the countdown has gone from 31 days to about 750 :-D With the uncertainty about restrictions, dining plans etc for 2021, I think we've made the right decision. Don't want to spend the next 12 months wondering about what we might, or might not miss out on. Beach holiday next year, whilst starting to put ideas together for 2022. Ian |

looking at May 2022 for Disney but I suspect it will be crazy busy with the uncertainty of 2020 and 2021

Yep. We wanted to go next year but due to ticket restrictions, no free dining, reservations needed for parks and the likelihood it’s going to be rammed - we are waiting until 2022.

Getting Excited
|
I turn 30 in Feb 2022, so looking at an Orlando holiday with my family to celebrate.
We initially were looking at lodges which seemed cheap enough on HomeAway, but I forgot that America don't show fees up front, meaning a resort which would cost $2000 ends up costing nearly $4000. We've only ever stayed at Rosen owned properties, so we're now looking at potentially staying on-site or at a Disney Springs area hotel. Hilton wants $35 a night for the resort fee, on top of the cost of the hotel that may push us towards staying on-site. Lots of options to weigh up. |

Excited about Disney

We are looking at 2022, this fits our original plan, hoping to do two weeks Disney and one week off-site as the last two have been 12 nights and 8 nights. Saving hard!

Excited about Disney

We are cancelling our August trip and be re planning for either next year or 2022, depending on costs and restrictions ...
I say all this, I did however make the mistake of looking to book just Universal for this year, and taking on board the loss of deposits for this years tickets we could get 12 nights at universal hotel, flights and park tickets for £1700 and still get over 7500k back to put towards a 2021/2022 trip. So we are up in the air at the moment 😀😀 too much time on my hands and internet access is the work of the devil..

Same for us...planned August 2021 but likely to be 2022 now and thinking of options outside free dining...maybe you could do a summary YouTube of your findings with plenty being in the same boat

As the weeks go on, for me 2022 seems more realistic for the parks to be back for normal. Already cancelled Aug 2020, I was holding out for free dining for 2021 but that looks like a distant dream now, 2021 wasn’t ideal with factoring in GCSE results day anyway. If it’s going to be 2022 for me then I’m booking 3 weeks, 2 weeks Disney onsite and a week universal hotel. Saving hard as my eldest son will be celebrating his 18th whilst we are there and after 5 years of saving, I intend to blow the budget!
