Mobile APH Parking Gatwick

Good morning all

I am after some advice please.

I am due to leave the car at Gatwick in less than two weeks.

Since May I have been trying to contact APH without success to cancel the booking.

I have called (no calls being answered), I have emailed, used Facebook and Twitter to no avail.

All I get are emails from APH asking if I am still arriving and if not, to cancel online.

This is all very good but as soon as I try to cancel my booking through their website, I pick up my active booking and on the next page it says no booking found.

I appreciate they are busy but this is the only company my cancellations haven't been straight forward with.
Any advice please?

Which email address are you using? I used the one that the confirmation for my booking came on, think it was customerservices@aph.com They replied to me the next day and I got my money back within the week.

Thank you. This is the email address I have been using. Absolutely nothing back. I don't understand it. 🤔😒

Hi, sorry, I have only just seen this.
Yes I did try but whichever way I do it, it tells me there is no booking. I honestly don't understand it.

Anyway, I was due to show up last Friday 🤔 I have sent several emails yet again.

I had the same problem but that was in March I emailed them & obviously they were on furlough, I tried the same as you Twitter Facebook emails nothing then I said I’ve given them 7 days till I contact Credit Card & low & behold received email to say it’s being processed, then they ring you to take refund details as not stored after 30 days
