I will be calling tomorrow morning to see if I can change my 2 bookings from gatwick to Orlando in nov then March next year to Heathrow to mco( Heathrow would be better as can fly from Aberdeen rather than going down to Edin and onto Mco via gatwick) if they don’t let me will just take refund since flights cancelled and rebook from the start again

See that now 🙈 I’ll call them tomorrow. Thank you 😊

It’s Nov 2 might just cancel and rebook if I can
1h30 for an LHR>LGW connection is below Minimum Connecting Time, so BA will have to rebook you anyway (even if the TPA flight were not cancelled). If the alternate flights you want are already available, you can call BA and ask to be moved to the flights you want, assuming it’s a reasonable alternative (which MCO would be).

If you booked via a travel agent (which includes BA Holidays in the event you booked with them), the change has to be done via the agent, rather than direct with BA.

So it’s not when you are due to land in Gatwick then? Both flights are still showing as live.

Some of my family have had flight cancellation emails for December - I’ve been online and I see that the flight prices are much higher on the new flights than when the flights were originally booked, for those that have swapped - have BA been honouring your original prices or have you had to pay the difference?

The changes to Orlando flights for the Winter 20/21 schedule from Nov 17th have become a little clearer overnight so here is an update of what we know so far.

1 daily flight - LHR-MCO BA 204/205
O/B Dep 1415 Arr 1855
I/B Dep 2110 Arr 1015 +1

3 flights per week (Wed/Sat/Mon)
LGW-MCO BA2037
O/B Dep 1140 Arr 1625
I/B Dep 1825 Arr 0730 +1

All flights subject to UK/US travel restrictions in place at date of departure.

I will update this thread further once I have time to look at the period from 25th Oct to 16th Nov.

Update with dates and flight number between 25th Oct to 16th Nov

25/10 BA205/2039
26/10 to 30/10 BA205/2037
31/10 and 1/11 BA205/2037 and 2039
2/11 to 15/11 BA205/2037
from 16th Nov as above.

Again subject to UK/US travel restrictions.

I am just off the phone with BA only waited 10 mins to get through, I had my nov trip to change and my March 2021 trip to sort due to them cancelling the Sunday flights. The guy I spoke to was super helpful. I got both flights changed so I can fly Aberdeen to Heathrow and he moved the hotel dates around for me and I ended up getting money back as the hotel rates have gone done, all in all it took him about 30 minutes to sort . Very happy with BA service again
