It is confusing as BA still show the BA2037 LGW-MCO service in their timetable which is what I was originally booked on - so will have to wait and see what happens with that one.

Flight details

BA 205 dep LHR 14.15 arr MCO 1855
BA 204 dep MCO 2110 arr LHR 1015 +1

Edited to add that BA have still scheduled some flights from Gatwick so the situation is not as clear cut as it seemed at first - might be worth checking your flights against the timetable section on ba.com as the situation is very fluid.

Edited to add my post from below #

I received a cancellation email from BA @15.54 and went straight in to MMB and PNR now amended to include my domestic and LHR-MCO at no charge - now same day instead of overnight at LGW. Only thing I can't do is choose my seats as waiting for e-ticket to be re-issued first.

Perhaps I should put in a request on the Is my Flight full thread" HA HA - flight loads will be all over the place as will seat reservations so please give it time to settle before anyone puts in a request. Thanks in advance.

Edited to add latest up to date information 30/7 10am

The changes to Orlando flights for the Winter 20/21 schedule from Nov 17th have become a little clearer overnight so here is an update of what we know so far.

1 daily flight - LHR-MCO BA 204/205
O/B Dep 1415 Arr 1855
I/B Dep 2110 Arr 1015 +1

3 flights per week (Wed/Sat/Mon)
LGW-MCO BA2037
O/B Dep 1140 Arr 1625
I/B Dep 1825 Arr 0730 +1

All flights subject to UK/US travel restrictions in place at date of departure.

I will update this thread further once I have time to look at the period from 25th Oct to 16th Nov.

Update with dates and flight number between 25th Oct to 16th Nov

25/10 BA205/2039
26/10 to 30/10 BA205/2037
31/10 and 1/11 BA205/2037 and 2039
2/11 to 15/11 BA205/2037
from 16th Nov as above.

Again subject to UK/US travel restrictions and subject to change.
Whats strange is the flight time is now approximately 9 hours 50 minutes.

My flight in November changed in length yesterday.

I've never known or been on any flight to Orlando that advertised that length in the air.

For the very beginning of November it may be due to the US clocks changing at 2am 1st Nov. Also LHR flights often have built in timing for a longer wait on the tarmac before take off compared to LGW.

Mine is the morning LGW flight at 11.35 and was 9h 20 duration until yesterday.

My April 21 flight from Gatwick still shows 9h 20.

Maybe they are covering bases in case they move the earlier flight over too?

We fly LGW to MCO on 5th December and flight still there, returning 19th December and thats still there too.

If they cancel the flights (I totally understand we can fly from Heathrow) do we have to rebook with the flight from Heathrow? I am rather hoping for a refund if possible as I don't want to travel this ear as Im pretty scared to be fair
