Magical Express

I have been trying to amend my booking with the Magical Express (ME) after changing my dates from October this year to March, 2021.

I have tried to use the ME form on the Disney website that i have used before and although it gave confirmation that this had been submitted there was no confirmation of the booking.

I have been onto Disney to book this direct over the telephone which i have done before and they advised that the booking process has changed as from July that they are unable to take bookings from individuals apart from those who booked through Disney directly.

They have now directed me back to my travel agents who i booked through. As this is Virgin Holidays there is very little chance to speak to someone to arrange the transfers.

This is just to let others know if they are having the same problem, although i did speak to one Disney customer services assistant who advised that even if it wasnt booked as long as you were staying onsite and went to the ME desk they would arrange the transfer but would not want to wait till i get there to find this out
