Alamo brits contact number/email?

Hi there, does anyone have a contact email or number for the team who deal with alamo brits?

So got my final email today saying they cannot help with the online check in and my plan was to cancel and re book elsewhere. When i googled it cancellation policy comes up is 24 hours, looking closer looks like its .com only. On the Alamo brits email no mention of limits to cancellation but online is trying now to charge me 40 to cancel.

Alamo.co.uk contact number sending me to us cust services and they saying they cant do anything as a prepaid voucher but neither can tell me where to go to sort it out or complain.

I have just looked in the forum and can find a post on thedibb where it refers to 3 days before and now found the general terms on alamo.co.uk but not alamo brits pages.

Frustrating to say the least.

I work on the principle of 48 hours being the deadline.
However with Alamo I am seeing it’s 72 hours.
Either way with your countdown you are too late in my view.

Hi there,

Yeh I eventually found that but no mention on the booking email or anywhere on brits page.

More frustrating I can’t speak to anyone or email who will take responsibility for Alamo brits, .co.uk and .com both say can’t help lol.

I was still 48 hours before reservation but it has to be 3 when I finally found those terms after, would of thought it has to be on booking confirmation everything else is

Alamo Brits is handled by Alamo.com. The confusion comes from Alamo staff believing the booking is actually with a 3rd party when its not. Its Alamo.com who process the booking.

Whats your problem with the OLCI and I'll assist, hopefully.

Ah, thats one issue I can't fix unfortunately. An annoying bug!

Kiosks or rental desk unfortunately (nip down at do the kiosk whilst everyone else waits for the luggage)

Andy the booking we did through you checked in no problem, the second one through Brits did not. Once this bug appears for someone does it/can it ever resolve or is that it. I still have just over 2 months

The bug very occssionally appears on bookings through me as well, although I haven't seen it for quite some time. Only way I've been able to resolve it is by rebooking.
