Oh i need to note this too. Will be going next year with a 6' 6" son and a 6' 4" husband, other son is already 5' 7" and still growing. Don't want and won't be happy if I end up with a standard SUV. Will have to upgrade as they are only offering a midsize family care for 4 adults. Virgin site currently offering a Hyundai Santa Fe which would be ok.

Is this with a Virgin package as I assume that as you have been allocated a midsize family car. With a package you will be badly underinsured unless you buy virgins insurance packages.
You can just not collect the car and book thro an agent such as Discount Florida Car Hire or Alamo Brits. This way you can specify a standard SUV which will be big enough for your family and it will come with full insurance. This will probably be cheaper than just upgrading the insurance on a Virgin Package.

You say you don’t want a standard SUV but you then say a Hyundai Santa Fe would be OK. It is a std SUV. Perhaps a typo in there!
