Alamo brits online check in/skip the counter

Another one I have booked Alamo brits and getting the business account not associated after filling in all info. Hope it’s a glitch and no a change and one of Alamos selling points

I’ve just read this post and thought I’d try my booking for the summer, we’ve booked direct with brits ‘code’, all worked fine - I’ve checked in and skipped the counter as usual, maybe keep trying, good luck to you all 🤞🏻🤞🏻

I have 2 bookings for Miami in April 1 with Andy and 1 with Brits, after reading this thread I tried to check in for the Brits booking. I got the check in page when I entered the name and reference number and it showed my name and the correct details for the vehicle. Filled in all the personal details, hit the button to complete the check in, I got a red box saying " Business account not associated with requested contract" So the same as others have said.

NikkiT, I booked direct with Brits, which site did you use to check in I just looked and I was on Alamo.com
after your post I tried going to the Alamo Brits partner site and chose stay on current site, as soon as I selected check in it transferred me to the dot com site. Tried again same result

Hey, was you using a specific link or browser? Or changed anything? Or just kept retrying?

Just a quick update, just tried to check in the second car which I booked through Andy at DFCH. I used the link in his e-mail which goes to the dot com site which I had used for Brits, very slight difference in the last part of the web address. I typed in all the details and it went straight through, fully checked in including the confirmation e-mail which states
Alamo Wayfinding Counter Bypass

Thank you for choosing to bypass the counter and go directly to your car!

So I tried the Brits one again using the same web address, no different the red box again.

I’ve just tried to speak with Alamo chat but they can’t help, all they said is phone in and see if they can manually check you in.

I have noticed that Alamo now offering 10% off and free driver in there website as well rather than Alamo brits so wonder if there’s a change coming in

Just kept trying on Alamo.com it worked for both Brits and DFCH

Just double checked and I went on to Alamo.com, on the right hand side you pop in your details for on line check in which I did, it then asked me did I want to skip the counter ...
