I’ve stayed there many times and it’s very nice, but it depends on where your villa is located to if it’s walking distance to Berry town centre.

We stayed in a Dibb villa last August at the northern end of the complex on Blackheath Court. We loved it there and could easily walk to Berry Town Centre. It was great being able to walk to Applebee’s a couple of times and DH could have a drink. The owners were going to sell but I think they have changed their minds. Would definitely stay there again.

We owned a villa down there in the mid-2000's. Very nice sub-division still with a good golf course. Quite a few of the villas back onto that and it makes for a great view when you are on the lanai. Takes about 20 mins to get to Disney, maybe 30-35 to Universal. There's also the back way into Disney from Black lake Road off the 192.

Yes stayed there several times
Lovely quiet peaceful and the shops and restaurants are great nearby
Booked for this summer but who knows if we will even be able to go ...

Hubby spotted it from the 9th tee (I think) when we were last there in 2016. He managed to find it online last year and suggested we stay there. It is stunning but Im trying to convince him to use a DIBB villa and save nearly a grand!
