Signing up for food/shop discounts

As you can see I'm off pretty soon and have never done this before . When is the best time to sign up so that offers don't start or expire before we go.

Is there any not worth signing up for although I will be using a sub email account so spam after my holiday won't be a problem.

I'm sure there is a sticky in the dining forum about signing up to restaurants.

I would say do them no earlier than a week before you go.

I did find that some of the intro offers for food expired after a week. Therefore I would sign up just a few days before you go. Obviously you will be having a birthday while you are there as they do provide offers for that.
