I think there's a New Mexican food place at DS so I'd try that.

Wolfgang Puck Express @ Disney Springs would be our first choice followed by Splitsville, also at DS.

We are 2 adults, 3 teens & 2 pre-teens

I'd go for something at Disney Springs just because there are so many new options to choose from. We have the DDP but are going to eat OOP at the Boathouse as there are some nice looking not too expensive options on the menu.

Why pretentious? Just a load of fun, themed, eateries. Not cheap, granted, but it's a theme park. It seems they even have food trucks now, which we're looking forward to; though food truck could be seen as pretentious I suppose.

A food truck is street food, in a truck.

Haven't done Wolfgang Puck's in years, but it is very good.
