This one is JoJo88's 2015 trip report that features Clearwater. There is also Pussycat Dolls most recent trip report where I'm sure they spent some time in Naples but can't find the index to that one

We've spent time in Naples on both my trippies. Check out A villa owners trip report' and ' Villa owners are doing it all over again' Naples is one of my favourite places ever!
