Ali. I agree ref Housekeeping. Total waste of space!
I have had linked bookings namely DVC and a cash day. DVC and a 1 day purchase of one time use points. I have only moved once and that was due to a mix up on their behalf when the car park was being resurfaced. I used to just tell them on check in and they linked them.

Booked first 8 days and the girl at member services gave me her extension number for me to phone her days by day
