What a lovely last day with the Highline and a nice meal at Juniors. Total stress there at the airport though !

Great trip report Lynda! Thank you, we're off to NYC in August and you've helped me learn some things before we get there - for 1 I'm going to book our private transfers to get from the airport to the hotel right now

It was a good last day... I was worried it would be a bit rushed but we actually had loads of time to do everything we wanted. The meal at Juniors was good, I know people go there just for cheesecake but we were impressed with the main course.
We would highly recommend the Distrikt. The staff were all so nice and the bar really is a nice place to chill out. Decent room size too. Thanks for reading Amanda, and for all your lovely comments. I must catch up on your epic road trip pre-trippie! Thank you for reading! I'm glad you got some tips from the report... I read loads of NYC trippies before we went and it really helps. The private transfer is so worth the extra $$. Shared transport, never again!

Fab report so glad you enjoyed your time there although it seemed a bit mixed with meals? The mojitos at the hotel bar sounded great though
How stressful at the airport! I remember queuing for an hour to get through security at Newark on the way home so thank goodness you got through quickly. Do hope Neil enjoyed his birthday, sounds like lots of lovely memories made
