Sorry don't know where to post! Disabled parking badge info please :)

I remember seeing a thread with info about where we have to go to get the Orlando Disabled parking badge thingy and I just can't find it anywhere now

Does anyone know what we have to do when we get to orlando? We have already spoken to our doctor about the letter confirming we are disabled which he will hopefully be writing in the next few days, but where do we go? can I book an appointment at where ever it is, or is it a 'queue up and wait' type thing? I have a vague memory of you possibly being able to order by post but even if thats true i'm assuming we are too late to do that anyway.

I did find a website about it but it just sent me to a second website which had no info other than 'you need a disabled parking badge for $20, your blue badge doesn't work here' type message
