Should I do week by week
We have 2 contract so I need to transfer from one to the other the points so that we don't get moved
With that in mind we need a fully accessible 2 bedroom , I can book one week at the moment, usually I book all 3 at the time How does booking week by week work, do they link the bookings , we don't want to move

Ali. I have 8 Disney contracts and 1 resale. I never bother with telling Member Services anything. They just strip one contract until it's empty and move on to the next. Any left over I bank.
Many years ago I did week by week and each time I rang up I told them I wanted to add extra days on booking xxxxx. No issues at all In your situation I would book now.

I'm currently booking week by week. I have 2 weeks booked and will book my final week by Wednesday. I emailed member services and they linked my first 2 weeks together for me. I'll email them again on Wednesday to link my third week also.

by linking would you have to move rooms, ds has so much medical stuff that would be a nightmare and also we have 2 contracts and if we don't merge the 2 on booking, mousekeeping is a shambles
member services saying if I do week by week it is a risk not to get moved

By linking my booking I now have one travel plan number instead of two. This means it is now one booking therefore staying in the same room throughout my stay. I made this very clear in my email.
On MDE my booking has also changed showing only one checkin and one check out date instead of two!

We have linked every year for 17 years and never had to move. If when you book accessible rooms are available there shouldn't be an issue. I usually ring when I book as then you can discuss all this with them. Ring immediately and it should be fine? We will all have our fingers crossed x

I've linked two separate DVC bookings with a cash bounce/-back before at BLT, we didn't have to move rooms. We did need new key cards though and housekeeping was a bit messed up. Nothing major though.

I can cope with housekeeping getting mixed up as 9 times of 10 its wrong or missed anyway but it was the worry of moving
she did say she would recommend I 'walk' the reservation book the 8 days now and then phone each day until completely booked
