Chargers in hand luggage?

This has made me smile, although I'm not sure this year if we'll have spare clothing in our carry on bags. We will take all our chargers and adapters in them though along with all our devices. How did we ever manage without them in the past?!

Having chargers and US adaptors in the hand luggage can be a godsend. We had a 26 hour delay on the way home last year - my son was making many new friends by sharing his charger in the airport (there are sockets between some of the seats in the departure lounge). We ended up in a hotel overnight with only hand luggage, so were able to charge gadgets - crucial for making new arrangements, booking new flights etc. Has also taught my husband that I am always right when I say carry a spare set of clothes in your hand luggage!

Always and my spare set of clothes. DC and DH don't usually bother with the clothes but never travel without a charger.
