Mobile Universal dilemma

What is the best way (without a car) to travel from Disney CBR to universal? DD16 is a massive HP fan so we have to do universal for 2 days. Last time we stayed RPR for express passes but as there's only two of us this is expensive.

This should maybe be in the travel forum but I would say Uber is the fastest and it's really not that expensive. Uber X is about $20.

Agree with the two previous posters. We used uber this year to get to universal and back (with a night st RPR in between) and it was under $20 each way. Definitely the easiest way and less than half the price of a mears cab
