Staying at Disney : Things to do at night with a 5 year old

Ours were 5&3 when we last went and they coped amazing with late nights. They did stay out for wishes and illuminations but like the above poster those days we'd have lazy mornings etc.
Other night time things they loved was a nighttime swim. Playgrounds at the different resorts. They enjoyed films around the resort and we did a trip to Disney quest one night.
