In 2014 we were a group of 7 staying for 14 nights, so started off with 98 of each credit. I also thought, before going, we'd run out of credits!

At the end we had around 30 QS credits left over, 5 TS and we spent well over $100, probably closer to $200 in Goofys using up our snack credits.

The only time we ate off site was on our Discovery Cove day. We did buy a big crate of water from Walmart and had breakfasts of toast and cereal in our room often, but didn't actually buy any other food.

Guys thanks for all your replies

We are really looking forward to eating placed we haven't tried before and will do our best to squeeze every credit out of it

As an add on Question

Our kids are 10 and 7, would an adult QS meal be ok for them to share? Chicken tenders for example... how many do you get?

We always used to have loads of snack credits left and would use them to get sweets to bring home. But since Starbucks has been onsite we have found we use quite a lot of snack credits on coffees .

We never have any TS credits left as we have always planned all our evening meals. Sometimes we have had some QS left on the last day but have converted to snack credits and again got sweets for home.

I would never knowingly leave WDW with credits still available

Last time my youngest 2 were 8 and 10 and they often shared - it was way more than enough food for them

Well in 2012 we had the free qsdp and it was two snacks per person per day..There was three of us and on our last day of our 14 day vacation we had loads of snack credits, so a nice boat ride down the old Sassagoula river from PORS to Downtown and we used them at Goofys candy store...We still have plenty left...lol...

We were on the DDP last year and DD was 12 whilst DS was 4. We found ourselves being wary of using them too fast for the first few days which meant that at the end of our stay we had a load of snack and QS credits left (we had ADRs for all the TS ones).
It wasn't a problem as we simply went to Disney Springs and bought some pizzas and snacks to take back to the villa so the kids could spend some time by the pool.
Although we won't be as worried about using them too fast this time I wouldn't be surprised if we kept a few QS credits to get some food for our first night at the villa again this year

You can always try it. Worst case someone has to pop up and order another meal. You can swap the dessert of that meal for a side of fries or something else to make it a larger meal.

I always feel greedy after reading these threads because we use every single one of our credits!

In 2014 we had 1 QS credit left and that was because I did the Keys to the Kingdom tour and my lunch was provided!

We ended up with lots of snack/QS credits simply because we shared 2/3 QS meals between the 4 of us each time (more than enough for us) and also spent 5 days off site so those daily credits built up. We had a TS meal each evening but really it was down to us not having much appetite due to the heat.

If they are happy and well fed on a kids meal at KFC or McDonalds then sharing an adults chicken tenders meal would be fine. If they need more than a kids meal at a fast food place in the UK then they'll need an adults meal. You do get a lot of food on an adults meal so it may come down to three adults meals between two adults and two kids rather than just the two kids sharing specifically.
