Apartments with washing machine, I-drive area

I’m looking to book a hotel/apartment that has a washing machine in the room, pref in the international drive area or poss lake Buena vista area (although we are not visiting Disney this year) So far i have found the following:

Floridays,
Blue green vacations,
Bryan’s Spanish cove,
Blue heron,
Point Orlando, (ruled out as too expensive, compared to the others)

Can anyone tell me what any of the above are like or are there any I have missed. We are ideally looking for 2 seperate bedrooms, although one is fine as long as there are two beds rather than a sofa bed for the kids, as there a bit big for sofa beds these days! Thanks.

Vista Cay isn't too far away. It's on universal boulevard. Condos and townhouses. Full sized washer and dryer. We were there in May and loved it.

We are staying at Bryan's Spanish Cove at the moment and have to say they are good. Two large bedrooms, one with king size bed and the other has two singles (which they kindly pushed together and swapped the two single mattresses for a king sized mattress as our daughter is used to a double bed in England). Both rooms have ensuites and there is a large kitchen including a washer dryer. Highly recommend this resort
