perfectly legitimate to offer you something (to go away quietly) and not offer it to anyone else.

That's why you all should make as much noise as possible

so its easier just to do the right thing and give it to everyone.

THERE IS A VERY slim chance that they don't ACTUALLY think any thing is wrong - so you are doing them a favour by letting them know how strongly you feel!

There will be a tipping point - there was the last time - someone with the power just has to say - for heavens sake why are we treating people so badly - give them a free move and discount CBR to the US summer market (like they did last year)

But that takes someone very close to the top...

£500 for a week? That's ridiculous! We paid just over £300 for 2 weeks for POFQ to move from CBR. Good luck with calls people.

We are booked with Tui for October & have been following this thread & decided to contact tui with a view to asking for a move as we have not been told about the riviera & skylines. Just of the phone with them & they are denying any knowledge of construction until we mentioned that it is on their website, the operator then stated that the skylines will be complete by October then hung up, not sure how to take this forward any advice would be gratefully received

I bet there’s only over-priced royal rooms left now. So not only do we have to pay to move, we have to pay for a room upgrade we don’t want.

Email Kathy.Matthews@Disney.com voicing your displeasure at the situation and that TUI are refusing to engage with Disney about it.

FYI, people who booked with TUI have been moved by Disney for free.
