Mobile Big cat rescue - anyone been?

Hi
We are staying in clearwater last two nights of our holiday and was thinking of going here on the way to the airport on the way back, it looks like tours are 10am. Has anyone done this? Is it worth going?
Thanks xx

We have been. It is a nice way to spend a couple of hours. It isn't a zoo as such and is much less commercial than a zoo.

We have been , it was red hot and that spoiled it a little.

We had a family tour and the guide was very knowledgeable and friendly, ds was far too young at 3 to enjoy it but dd10 loved it.

We’ve been a few times and it’s good, well worth a visit.

The last time we went they had headphones for everyone in the group and the tour was a mix of pre-recorded info and guide interaction.

Make sure you have a hat, sunscreen and water as it can get hot due to little shade.

It was a couple of hours in total I think.

There’s a Smokey Bones restaurant right on the corner of Easy Street which is where Big Cat Rescue is and the food is great.
