Disney Transfers

We have booked the transfers, with Disney, for our cruise in August. We will be picked up from OKW and return to WL. Does anyone know the approximate time that we will be picked and arrive at Port Canaveral and the time we will picked up, on disembarkation day, and the time we will get back to WDW?

We got the transfer back to WDW, our transfer out was from the airport. I'm sure the coach left at 9am so we had to be on it before then. I think we got on it at 8.30am. We were taken to the BC and had a lunch ADR in EPCOT so I doubt we were arrived later than 11am.

On the way to Port Canaveral I think the pick up time at the resort was around 12pm and we arrived at the Port just after 1pm. On the way back to the resort the Disney transfers leave Port Canaveral around 9am and you should be back around 10 - 10.30am.

The pick ups at resort can be really late meaning you don't get to the port until late (by late I mean 1-2pm).

If you want to have extra time on the ship, look at getting a private transfer or hire a car for a one way journey.

For the debarkation, you could get on the first bus and it will leave as soon as it's full basically. Some people have reported being back in time for breakfast to the resorts. (around 9:30)
