We stayed at the Coventry motor inn found it an ideal location for us. It was just round the corner from a lovely shopping, cafe, restaurant area( highly recommend "The Tipsy Pig" ) plus walking dustance to the Wharf area and the crooked part if Lombard St. It was a couple blocks from Mel's diner and the rates into the centre via Uber were reasonable. Have you booked your hotels on free cancellation?

Following along here, we've got Columbus Motor Inn booked but I am keeping my eye out for a reasonable rate on some other hotels in the area. If nothing comes up, hopefully we'll be happy with our choice here. It does get decent reviews.

We stayed at Columbus last year. Great location, clean, little outdated would definitely stay there again.

Stayed in 2016 for 6 nights and wouldn’t hesitate to book again. Clean, comfortable and well positioned for most of the tourist sites.
