Talking to the OH about what we might want to buy when we go to florida next year.

We're going for our honeymoon and was just wondering what things people have bought to remember their trip or something you buy every trip without fail?

I want a couple of christmas decorations (Can you still personalise them?) and I think I want to do pick a pearl (anyone done this? is it worth it?)

I'm also going to make a scrapbook, I love a good scrapbook!

I always buy a Disney Parks exclusive Pandora charm and add it to my bracelet - I have a Disney only Pandora bracelets!

Not sure if you can still personalise these, but if you can you could maybe get one of the Disney sketches done by an artist (at Epcot or MK or Disney Springs) and ask them to personalise it for you?

Disney Springs is at The Art of Disney disneyworld.disney.go/sh...sney-downtown/ - this is at the Marketplace side near the Christmas shop and Earl of Sandwich
And Epcot is at Art of Disney disneyworld.disney.go/sh...-disney-epcot/ - this is near Spaceship Earth (turn right as walking into the park)
And MK is at the shop that is in between Uptown Jewelers and the confectionery.

Basically they have a Disney artist who will be there drawing. There is a thick binder of sketches and you can ask them to draw any of the sketches in that binder for you, it's charged by number of characters on the sketch (I think it was something like $40 for 1 character and $65 for 2 but I might be off by a bit). I wanted to get one but kept missing the Epcot/MK artists when I was there so never got one in the end (the CMs will know when they are expected to be there)...

Mine is actually quite sad - I have mickey head sweetcorn forks which we bought last time we went. They remind me of our trip every time I see them in the drawer.

I don’t even like sweetcorn so never actually use them myself

We always buy a Disney snow globe with the year on it. We also have personalised Christmas decorations.

I did the pick a pearl, the one is Japan/Epcot is great fun. Although I bought necklace to put it in from ETSY at a fraction of the price I would have paid in WDW. We also got personalised Christmas decoration from Disney Springs. Some of the hotels have an artist actually in reception - we were at the Yacht Club and the artist there does portraits etc and she did a wonderful pastel of the Castle for us.

The Christmas shop in Liberty Square still personalises items. We have a Mickey head from 2000 which is a prized item on our Christmas tree each year.

My fzvourite souvenir is a child's musical toy the sort you pull the. string downs and it plays a tune. It plays Small World, DS bought it for us on our first visit in '84. It is in the lounge and often gets played with and still works !
My other favourite is my monorail magnet which voices the spiel in English and Spanish
