coin changing machines

We seem to have accumulated a lot of US coins - just wondering if there are any coin changing machines in any of the supermarkets?

... or similarly just the self-checkout when you're at Walmart and pay in change! It's very satisfying putting 100+ coins in the 'change' bit to buy a watermelon!

I would skip the coin change machines as they do charge you a percentage. As other posters have said just use the self serve check out in Walmart. Just make sure you don’t put the money in too quickly (I always have this problem with my kids being over excited and throwing it in as quick as they can) as it can jam.

I even do that here in the UK when my purse gets too full with lots of change... except 20p...50p...£2 coins as I save those in my holiday tin.
