Photo printing
Does anyone get photo printing done in Florida?
I like getting the 4 photos to a 6X4 prints when I am in SA because they are so easy to do on the Kodak machines but it is not easy to do in UK. Is this an option in US and not too expensive? |

We get all our photo's printed in Walmart and put onto a disk. You put your card into a machine like here and you get a reciept to go back in hour so in that hour we do our shopping or have a good nose around Walmart. I can't remember the price I will dig out the cd's and see if they are in the packet still but its so much cheaper.

I am not sure about the 4 on one print but I looked at the price for you and it cost $34 that was for 165 prints (4x6) plus a cd and you also get thumbnail size included.

If you have internet access you can upload your photos in advance and pick them up at the nearest store. We use this service a lot. Of course doing it at the store is quite easy but you sometimes have to wait for the machine. You can always ask the person at the desk if they can use your card (in lieu of the Kodak machine) and print the photos out while you shop.

Yes, sorry... that is at Walmart. They are a bit more expensive to do the 1 hour service (but no different if you just walk in and request it... it is simply the convenience of uploading them prior to you going to the store) so if you are there long enough that you can order your photos online and have them sent to the nearest store (usually takes 3-4 days) you can get them even cheaper.
From their website: 1 Hour 4 x 6 $0.19 5 x 7 $1.47 8 x 10 $2.84 Wallets (2) $0.58 In-Store Pickup 4 x 6 $0.15 5 x 7 $0.58 8 x 10 $1.96 Wallets (2) $0.54 Home Delivery 4 x 6 $0.09 5 x 7 $0.58 8 x 10 $1.96 Wallets (2) $0.54 |
