Never received Landrys card

Hello despite 2 attempts to order and reorder my Landrys card I have never received it! Is there something I'm missing? Can I use the app in restaurants instead? Thanks all 😃

Just use the app on your phone - its not a problem & you can check your points etc on there too - remember you also get poiints when you buy merchandise at the restaurant & you dont need an ADR you will get the next available table regardless - enjoy its worth every penny.

Did you put UK in the address line (not the drop down box that says UK) as a few people seem to have better luck if they do that. Im waiting for mine but my husband got his no problem. You can use the app tho on your phone.

I had a bit of trouble receiving the card took a couple of requests and a few weeks. Then I recieved two

Has anyone had trouble logging into the app? I haven't been able to get in using my email and password on the app, but works when I log in to the desktop!

Mine has just arrived today. took about a week. I had put the UK all over the address.

I bought 1 a little over a week ago but haven't received it yet. Good to know if it doesn't actually arrive I can use it via the app

I ordered ours last July and it never arrived, used the app to show them the membership number.
