I am very unhappy about this as it is our first time at Disney and really wanted to try this!

We booked the summer peak time as they don't usually do refurbishments during this time.

Is there a peak time for refurbs? I thought they did them pretty much all year long. Everytime I've been there has been something closed.

Summer months - June and July - they try and keep everything open usually.

They do refurbs when their contractors are able to do refurbs. It's like you having a new bathroom done at home. If you use external builders then they will give you a date that the job will be done.

Arrrrrrgggggghhhhhh

Better make sure we go on it on the 1st then as we won't be able to go on it again during our holiday.

Never seen so many refurbs for June before!

As you say, it makes the rest of the park busier as that's one less ride that will be taking an influx of people. i think most of the parks we are going to you this year, has something closed

It's rumoured its getting new missions.

If you have not been on it - personally I think this ride is one to miss if you are not happy in a very enclosed space or spinning. I can cope with the G force, its the very small cabin I can't handle!

Hoping this is the only ride closed for us this year. Won't really miss it.

What's closed in June? I can't see anything else unless I'm looking in the wrong place.
