What to do on the last day when you don't have much time?

Our flight home from Orlando is at 5.30, which means checking in around 2.30.
We can stay at the villa until 11, and we will.
We don't want to go to a park on the last day. We did it once and felt too rushed, plus this flight is earlier.
Last time it was just OH and me and we went to Celebration and relaxed and had lunch. It was lovely.
I don't feel we have time for that this time, especially with children to organise.
We could go to Disney Springs for lunch and look at shops, then head to the airport.

Cry 😭 and then start planning our next trip

We fly into Tampa so it's an early breakfast and off to Busch for a few hours. The only thing is luggage, if leaving in the car make sure it's out of site.

We drop off bags at Disney Springs, and then either go for a game of minigolf then lunch, or cinema, walk around Disney Springs and lunch.

I can't do a park on the last day, I clock watch and fret about time which just spoils it.

we often have 1/2 day at MK, last time we had a game of golf, this time, as we have to drive down to Miami, we will class our last day as the day before, get up, have breakfast, maybe have a swim in the pool, pack up and leave after lunch

We have never had a car or stayed in a villa so we generally just hang round the hotel. I usually do Disney at the beginning, Universal at the end and a Hard Rock night part way through final week to make best use of two days express pass.This year , for the first time, we are on a late flight , won't leave hotel til sixish so I have moved our Hard Rock Club Level night to the last one. That will hopefully mean a potential park universal park visit with express pass on final morning and a nice environment to hang out in before the airport :-)

We stay on international drive, on the last day this time we went for a walk down international drive, went into Ripleys (which was not worth the money innit opinion!), had lunch at Millers, looked in a few shops and then sat in the hotel for about an hour before being picked up

This time we won't have park tickets for the last day and ME will pick us up quite early - around 2.30pm, so we just plan to have a lazy morning, breakfast on the balcony, finish packing, then sit round the pool with our books and have lunch at the pool bar.

We have tried a few things with varying flight times. Generally it’s been shopping though either at one of the outlets or Disney, with lunch thrown in there.

This time we are flying through tampa so I think there’s a plan to hit Busch gardens on the last day so will mean getting ourselves sorted the night before and an early start to get there for a decent time to make the most of it.
