Best pre paid card for 17 year old

As the title asks which card would you all recommend for DS?

DD had a Fairfx card that worked really well for her. I was the main card holder and she had a family card linked to my account, so I could top it up when she needed more. So I'd highly recommend it.

Fairfax gets a thumbs up from me too - worked well being the main card holder and setting/sending a daily allowance
