Caring for a ‘Cyclamen’
Hello unfortunately I don’t have many houseplants as I easily kill them off!
I’ve been given a cyclamen in a pot which after a week the flowers started to droop so I watered it (from the bottom, which I thought was the correct way to do it for this plant) but now the flowers are upright but most of the leaves are yellow! I’ve also put near a window Please tell what I should be doing right

From Google.
While in bloom, keep the root ball moist and feed the plant every two weeks. Cyclamen should be kept moist by watering in a tray and allowing the roots to take up the water rather than watering from above the plant which can lead to rotting. Remove yellow leaves and spent flowers. |

Yellow leaves are usually from over (or under) watering. I find it’s usually overwatering though. Remove the yellow leaves and don’t water too often. I usually water houseplants when the soil starts to feel less wet. I water from the top and stop watering when it comes out of the bottom.
The window could be a bit cold for it at the moment too. Plants need light but some plants tend to prefer a table or stand out of the actual window but still in front of the window to get light through the winter as the window itself gets too chilly |

Try to keep it in a constantly warm (ish) place. They hate temperature change. Have heard they only need to be cold for 10 mins for the leaves to start falling off.

Is it an indoor Cyclamen ? There’s probably a tag attached with details.
I buy small ones from the garden centre, sold as outdoor plants - they flower winter and spring in tubs in my front garden. |
