Lake Buena Vista Village Resort and Spa

Hello! We are considering a week at this resort. I have read some comments here that they book via email and others via a contact there, Trish maybe? Can anyone recommend which would be the best way?

We are looking at a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom, some people I have read recommended building 5 I believe it was. We are trying to find a firework view but it does not come up on the website!

As this is out on 535 I don't think you'll get much of a firework view from that far out.

Hi ya! We stayed at LBV resort & spa in Feb this year. Lovely hotel and v large rooms

. I had booked our hotel through Virgin but i emailed Trish about 2-3 months before we flew out and asked if we could get room high up & firework view. She was lovely in her reply and said she would do her best etc. We stayed in block 5 - room 51414 (3 bed suite) and we saw some fireworks from the balcony on our second night

. It not up close as DonkeyCentreArf has noted, its quite far away but its still so pretty to see

Do you have an up-to-date email for Trish please. We stayed there in 2017 so I'm not sure if it has has changed since then. Yes she really was helpful and we got exactly what we requested.
