Gatwick will always be 777 as that’s the set up they have for long haul LGW I suppose it’s one of the joys of flying from LHR is there is a real mix of a/c we could fly on for us AVgeeks!
Excited to fly on the A350 though!

No they don't have a First Class cabin. The Club cabin standard configuration has 56 seats.

yes but currently in summer there is a flight leaving LGW for MCO and one leaving LHR for MCO both with the same departure times. I'll eat my hat if they both end up happening. They will most likely be a merger at some point in the next few months.

Our return leg in May (MCO - LHR) has also been changed to the A350! We’re booked PE but the club suites look fantastic so might have to look into upgrade prices...

The A350s are fantastic! I've not been on a BA one but have been on a few Qatar ones and they were so new shiny and comfortable. Plus I love how the wing tip curves up on the A350s...
