When we bought, we where never given the option of financing, we where thinking because we where british but to be fair i didnt fancy the interest ontop as well, we ended up taking out a 0% interest for 24 months to help..
there was a discount over taking 150 points i think which dropped all points by $10 each as well. There will be incentives if they are desperate enough,
